Outlook stealing my vCal handling

I installed Outlook 2003 recently. Now when I use Outlook it takes the
handling away from my Palm Desktop. I can't seem to find any information on
how to tell Outlook to NOT be the default handler. Help?!

In the Control Panel's Internet Settings applet go to the Programs tab and
see what the Calendar dropdown is set to.

It's set to Outlook but my Palm isn't one of my choices. I will reinstall
the desktop and see if that fixes the problem.
