Outlook strnage behaviour

Hi,

When I first start Outlook 2K, all works fine. After a few hours working,
maybe after a couple of hibernations too, not sure of this, it fails to
receive mail on some of my accounts. Now when I close the Outlook, and then
also terminate the Outlook.exe in the task manager, and then restart
Outlook, then the mail receivning works fine. But when Outlook starts, it
does not ask for my folder password.

Is there something I need to be concerned about in this system? I can
manage with teh inconvenience of this process but I am concerned if there is
something that needs to fixed for the better.
