I have a major problem with outlook 2002 SP2. On an almost
random basis, outlook swaps one file with a duplicate of
another file. eg i was trying to send 4 pdfs and two
excels to a customer, after i hit send outlook had changed
my attachments to two pdfs and four excel files. To make
matters worse i only realise that outlook has done this
when i get a call from the customer complaing he has
received the wrong files. PLEASE HELP
