Outlook syncrnization error - 0x80004005

I have a laptop running Win XP pro and Outlook 2002
client. The server is runnig Windows 2000 server and
Exchange 2000.

When I leave the office and shut down my laptop the email
sync starts. It completes 1 of 2 operations but fails on
the second. The error message dispplayed is 0x80004005,
Unknown error has occured.

Does any one know what the problem could be and how to
fix it? MSKB does not have any info about this problem.
