Outlook Templates

I send the same message in the body of an email to every sales prospect.
Typically, I type the info into a new message and then select: File\Save As\
and save as an outlook template onto my desktop.

Then I should be able to just click on the template; type in the reciepients
email and send.

However, this process is not working. After saving a template and then
later retrieving it and sending to a reciepient, the message body is blank
upon receipt. What could be wrong ??

Using Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000.

I think: 1 - you need to not be using word as your text editor
2 - you need to save it to a default template directory to be
visible when you select "choose form"
That's the 2002 version's requirements...

good luck
