Susan

I have two computers, one has Outlook Express with Switch
Identity feature. I am able to use two email addresss
with one internet provider. By switching identity on the
Outlook Express.

On my second computer that has Outlook Today 2002 I
cannot find this feature. Please help me.

Thank you.

Just to clarify -- it's just called "Outlook 2002". :)

You have two choices in Outlook 2002. The first choice is to have just one
Outlook profile (Outlook doesn't use the term "Identity") and add both of
your e-mail accounts to that profile via Tools | E-mail Accounts. All
e-mail will be delivered to the same Inbox, but you can use the Rules Wizard
to create rules to divert incoming mail to separate folders based on the
account they were sent to.

The second option is to create two separate Outlook profiles and add one
e-mail account to one of the profiles and the second account to the other
profile. This would keep the messages for each account completely
separate. However, Outlook doesn't let you switch between profiles without
closing and restarting the program, so you may find this cumbersome. I'd go
with option #1 to start with, and see how it works for you.
