Outlook Tool Bar

I have a user that is no longer getting the "Tools" option to display on
their main Tool Bar menu (i.e File-Edit-View) etc.

I know that there are some registry settings in Word that occasionally have
to be deleted and recreated to fix a similar issue but didn't want to try
with Outlook without some validation.

The version of Outlook is 2000 and is running on a Windows 2000 system.

Any help is appreciated.

R-click the Menu bar, Customize, Select "Menubar, click "Reset".
