Outlook toolbar

i have some users that running outlook 2002 and they creat
custom toolbars. this is on a terminal server
environment, with roaming profiles. sometimes, the
custom tool bars dissapear. but everything else stays.
the profile stays intact and there are no errors.
any thoughts???????

Toolbar customizations are saved in a file called outcmd.dat. Either this
file is not moving from machine to machine when the user "roams", or the
file is getting corrupted.
