Jim,
your addressbook in Outlook is not a seperate file. The addressbook is a
list (view) of your contacts. All contacts are stored in a PST file. You can
Export the contacts into a separate PST file and this PST (with your
contacts) you can move to the other computer.

Don´t export the contacts into an Excel or Accessfile! You could lost
important information or contacts. Export only into a Personal Folders.pst
and save this PST file on your desktop, so you don´t need to search for.
