Outlook trying to spell check using uninstalled program

After uninstalling 'Microsoft Picture It! Photo 2002', my
Outlook Express no longer spell checks. I am asked to
reinstall the aformentioned program. How can you get
OUtool to use another program such as 'Word' to spell
check???

What version of office do you have installed? Try reinstalling it to reset
the spellchecker to it's version (reinstalling will also fix the installer
if it's s crewy installer file, not missing spellcheck.)
