Outlook UK Keyboard

On Outlook 2002 only (all other Office apps are ok) it
thinks I have a US keyboard and certain characters are in
the "wrong" place (@ and " are interchanged etc).
How do I correct this WITHOUT having to reinstall Outlook?

Go to Control Panel-> Regional and Language Options-> tab Languages-> button
Details-> Remove all the keyboard layouts/languages that you do not need.
