Often after my Outlook 2000 has been idle for maybe 5 or more minutes,
couldn't retrieve email and get this error message that partially read
"Outlook is unable to connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server.
Closing and re-launching Outlook does not solve the problem bu
re-booting the computer does.
Is there something I can do to eliminate this problem?
Appreciate some comments. Thank you
