Outlook Undeliverable Message

For the past week till now, i've encountered an
undeliverable message for all my outgoing emails.
What causes this? Please help if you have solution. Thanks.

What version of Outlook do you have? What sort of mail account(s)? What is
the exact text of the undeliverable message?
