Outlook Updates

I am new at this and I have outlook 2002, and would like
to update to Outlook 2003. When I go to update, the
dowload always fails. Can anyone tell me why, and how can
I resolve this??

The upgrade to Outlook 2003 is not a free download...you must purchase a
copy of the software, either by itself or as part of the Office 2003 suite.
