Outlook: Viewing the organizer of a meeting using on a group calen

Hi,
I manage a group Calendar and it's intended purpose is for scheduling of
the training that we conduct on a daily basis. There are about 21 individuals
who have access to this email for this purpose. There are 16 people who
actively schedule on the calendar, but we can't seem to discover how to tell
who place a training on the schedule. Is there a way to see the name or id of
the user that schedules a meeting on a group calendar?

If they are scheduled using meeting requests, the organizers name would show
up on the item. Otherwise, you need to use a table view and add the
organizer field to the view.

You can also create a custom view using automatic formatting - assign a
color to each organizer. (This won’t work if you use color categories -
unless each organizer has their own category color.)

Would any of these options work, if the organizer or creator of the meeting ,
is not a part of the meeting or meeting request?

Yes. the 15-16 people i mentioned, that is all they use the group calendar
for is to send out or set up these meetings for scheduling purposes for our
trainers. But we want to be able to track who the user is that actually
placed the item on the calendar. Sort of like an audit trail. Can that be
done?
