Outlook Views Disappear

I have setup a number of custom views in Outlook at
work. They are always there when I first start Outlook
but after a while, they disappear. Strange part is that
maybe 1 or two of my custom views will show but the rest
are gone. I have to close outlook and restart to get
them back. Vicious circle.

Anyone else seen this type of behavior. If so please
