Outlook Web Access and synchronize with desktop

I am using outlook web access to connect with my company's
network back home. It there a way to synchronize the
oulook on the web access connection with the outlook on my
desktop. I can't seem to find an avenue.

No, Outlook Web Access doesn't suppose synchronization.

If you have VPN access to your Exchange server you could use your Outlook on
the desktop to connect and then sync it that way.
