Outlook web access, no message body

I have a user who is using Outlook Web Access. On one
machine when she goes to create a new message or reply to
a message she receives no message body. You can't type in
any message, it's just a grey area. The user is able to
type a message on another machine but on her personal
machine she cannot. Any ideas?

Reset all your settings in Internet Explorer and delete the cookies and
clear the Temporary Internet Files. If this doesn't work update or reinstall
Internet Explorer.

Web Access. Questions regarding OWA can be asked in the Exchange forum.
