Outlook Web Access Problem

I am having some issues with Web Outlook Access to MS Exchange Server. In IE, I can link to the server fine
When I click on the emails they open fine. However, when I hit "Reply" or "Forward" a new blue IE window opens with a red exclamation mark and the words "An unknown error happened.

I don't have any pop-up stoppers and I completely reinstalled WIndows XP Pro but that didn't help

I did a little looking on the web and in the MS Knowledgebase but have not found a fix

Any ideas would be appreciate

Clear your internet cache and see if it helps - I had to set IE to use a 20
meg cache and clear it when I closed IE to fix problems with OWA.

do you have scripting disabled? either in IE, or via a virus scanner?

Hi Diane

Script blocking was on in Norton AntiVirus. I turned it off but the problem remains
Is there possibly a key in the Windows registry that should be changed
