Outlook web access

When ever I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000 Web Access, I
am encountering problems when I reply to a message or
forward a message. It is trying to load Windows 2000 files
that I don't have on my hard drive.

Any suggestions?

what problems are you encountering ?

When ever I recieve a message and want to forward it or
reply to it, it begins to search my hard drive for files
and then it comes up with an error not allowing me to send
the message.

what's the exact error message? which files is it searching for ? how do you
know they're windows 2000 files ?
