outlook will not accept my password

starting around sept 1st when ever i tried to log into outlook I get a logon
prompt box. Internet E-mail - MSN 'please enter your user name and password
for the following server' then shows server and "username" Password" I have
put in the correct password and it will not accept it.
I have 2003 office pro edition I have tried resetting, deleting my email
account and reentering it, checking chk reg edit, even tried to remove
outlook and reinstall. nothing works.
I have to bypass outlook and go to msn directly to access my email. its an
msn account on an msn system using msn programs .... that might be the
problem..

I only know this sites of Microsoft if your Password wouldn´t saved.

"Outlook 2002 prompts you for a password for an e-mail account that has a
saved password"

Thanks, but that wasn't the problem. I appreciate the help!
I keep getting denied access and requests to verify name and psswd, auth
required. this is reall mess I lost all of my data - clients, calandar
items, emails, contacts ....!
