Outlook will not allow me to delete/move mail

Hello there. I am hoping you can solve a problem that has
recently reared it's little head.

When I try to move/delete sent emails from my sent folder,
I may be lucky enough to get 1 actually done. Moved to a
different folder or deleted that is. Then when I try
again, or even try multiples, it get an error with cannot
delete/move or some other error message.

I need to move these so that I can archive the information
properly, I cannot just archive the whole sent folder.
That would be personal mixed with business and I cannot
facilitate that type of info.

Have you reached a megabyte limit set by the
administrator? Or reached the 2 gig limit on a pst?

To my knowledge, we are not limited in our line of work as
it requires us to keep all data sent to clients.
Is this something that is defaulted ?

There is a Microsoft limit of 2 gig on all *.pst. You do
not state if this is a PST or not. I have encountered
this problem when an employee gets somewhere in the area
of 1.75 gig on their pst. In addition to the problems
you are experiencing, the pst can also become unstable
and require extraordinary efforts to make it usable.
