Outlook will not load after IE 7 Installation

The program loads to the point of performing a send and recieve then
crashes.

Outlook 2003. XPSP2 all patches applied.

Uninstall IE7 then.

It actually takes an uninstall and a system restore to the previous day to
fix it.
