One of my users is having issues with Outlook only printing Header while in
HTML format. I've logged into the machine with differnet creditials and
don't have an issue. I've had him print in RTF and Text with no proplem, but
once he selects HTML only the Headers print in Outlook.

System:
Office Pro 2003
Xp Pro SP2
IE 6

I am having a similar problem with one of my users - Vista Business, Office
2003 sp3, IE 7. If I try to print preview an email I get a message that
print preview is not available for html messages. When I print the email -
it prints the headers, but no body. I can print from Word, and IE.

One thing I had some success with was making the setting change the format to
rich text once the user opens it, however, it appears that this does not
really resolve the problem. My user still gets the problem from time to
time. I am still searching to a cause for this so I can make the proper
changes. If there is anyone that has further ideas please let me know.

Hi,
I am also expirencing the same problem. But another thing really bothers me
- if this is managed newsgroup, how come nobody from Microsoft is responding
to posts. As a Software assurance customer we were promised that "Microsoft
support professionals monitor the newsgroups to help ensure accuracy".
I would be very happy if someone found the answer to this perticular (and
wierd) problem.
Regards
Gregor

This isn't a managed newsgroup. It is a peer-to-peer newsgroup. Microsoft
employees rarely visit. Who made you the promise that they would?

Hi,
In my Technet Software assurance benefits mail from Microsoft there is also
following statement:

"Managed Newsgroups provides guaranteed next-business-day answers to your
technical questions from industry colleagues. Microsoft support professionals
monitor the newsgroups to help ensure accuracy."

Do you understand this the way I do?

You've obviously misunderstood - there are TECHNET Newsgroups: Here's the
link to the UK ones:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/bb841408.aspx

it's only the TECHNET newsgroups that that statement applies to AFAIK....

I read it as anyone can offer a reply of suggested solution. Someone will
read the replies to be sure that they are accurate. so a suggestion of
setting everything back to Windows 95 would at some point be deleted or some
how flagged as inaccurate.

Not in these newsgroups. They are unmonitored, for the most part.
