outlook with desktop and laptop

A

Abbi

I use Outlook 2002 on my desktop and I got a new laptop computer. I'll only
use one or the other; not both at the same time. What are my options for
keeping the desktop and the laptop coordinated? (I'd use the word
synchronized, but I'm not sure if that has a special meaning.) I'll have
access to the Internet from both the desktop computer and the laptop
computer.

Any ideas or suggestions for where to find more info would be appreciated.

In all honesty, it's best to not try to sync data unless you have to.
Chose one or the other to run Outlook on and then use that one.
Normally, I find using the laptop as my Outlook machine is best.

If you must sync, then find where your Outlook PST files are located and
move them back and forth.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
