Outlook won't display HTML messages

I'm using Outlook 2007. Even after choosing to add sender and senders domain
to my safelist, outlook refuses to display the HTML body of a message I've
received. I have no email filtering other than what's built into Outlook and
Vista.

If I choose display in browser as an action, I see the message.

Thanks inadvance for helping.
