This problem puzzles me..
Details
Small network with Windows 2000 Server, Exchange 2000 Server and 30 Windows XP clients
All clients are using Microsoft Office 2003 full local install
User A on computer A starts Outlook and Word 2003. Word 2003 closes after 10-15 seconds. No error message
User A on computer B starts Outlook and Word 2003. Same problem
User B on computer A starts Outlook and Word 2003. No problem
Created a new username and Exchange mailbox for user A
Exported user A mailbox to a PST-file
Did a clean reinstall of Windows XP and Office 2003 on computer A
Imported user A mailbox from PST-file
Exactly the same problem as before for user A
Only one of 30 users have this problem (of course it's the boss).
