Outlook work with user and not working with other in the same pc

I have problem in the outlook it isn't work in my user
name but when I go to another user in the same pc with
the same setting it works fine.

problem: cann't connect to outgoing email server

Re check again that you have setup the connection to the SMTP server
exactly as specified by your mail service provider in their instructions.
