Outlook XP Access Grant

Hi eveybody,

I would like to deactivate this option when you connect a Pocket PC or
another kind of software is traying to have access to the Outlook one
windows with the question: "Access Grant" appears and ask me if I want to
give to that application or device the access to my outlook folders and
information.
My question is:
How can I desactivate that for always and I would never need anymore this
click OK for Access Grant.
