Outlook XP as Newsreader

Hi,
does anybody know if there's a way to use MS Outlook XP as newsreader
(and I don't mean Outlook Express). Some of you in this ng seem to use
something that's called "Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000". What is this?

That's the HORRIBLE web based access.

Outlook doesn't hold a newsreader it always user Outlook Express for this.
"Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000" refers to the webinterface of this
newsgroup
