For some odd reason, it has started happening with my otherwise fine system
that Outlook often-times causes it to totally lock up. In fact, I can't even
close Outlook. The mouse responds extremely slowly if at all, the Windows
start button won't pop up, Windows ShutDown can't be reached, even
CTRL-ALT-DEL
commands are all but completely ignored.
What could possibly be causing this? (I BELIEVE no viruses have been found.)
