Outlook XP freezes

Hi,

I have a user running Outlook XP and he's having a problem. He likes to use
Outlook to browse the Internet and when he looks at Acrobat files, pdf's,
Outlook freezes upon exit.

Anyone have any experience with this? Any suggestions?
