Outlook XP, Grouping by FROM does not work

When I try to group by From, Outlook shows me groupings
from a month ago, when I expand a particular group it does
not conatin emails from the person that sent them. I
connect to an Exchange server and completely uninstalled
and reinstalled Outlok and it is still happening. Any
ideas?
