Outlook XP mail

[Lost email]

Frustration. I still can't restore the send/receive
function on my Outlook XP.

Tried:
I have removed all email accounts and readd them.
Repaired Outlook XP
Removed Outlook XP, Readded Outlook XP
Reset Toolbar views to make sure all buttons are enabled.

Help. Any idea on how to restore my send/recieve
functionality?

Have you tried deleting your mail profile and creating a new profile from
scratch?
