Outlook XP no Flags for Hotmail Email

I read my Hotmail/MSN email within Outlook XP. Noticed that you can not
Flag an email like you can with email that is downloaded from a POP account.
Is there no way to flag email in Outlook if it comes from webbased Hotmail
or MSN?
