Outlook XP Notes

Good Morning

I have a problem with Hebrew in the Noes
When You look at the Notes folder you can see the hebrew with no problem
When you open a specific Note you see Jibrish
Does it have something to do with synchronizing the notes with the Palm
How can I fix it
Why does it happen
