Outlook XP Rules Wizard

The rules wizard is missing. How do I find/install it? I
looked in the tools menu where the help indicated it
should be but it is not there. The OS is Windows XP and
outlook is part of Office XP.

What type of e-mail service do you have configured? Also when you rightclick
on a message do you see "Create Rule..."?

I am not sure what you mean by "What type of service". I
use outlook to read my comcast email account and would
like to direct certain mail to a different outlook folder
automatically. I do not see create rule when I right
click a message in the outlook inbox.

Try renaming outcmd.dat to outcmd.old. This will reset the Toolbars. If this
doesn't help do a Help-> Detect and Repair
