Outlook XP w/Exchange 2000 Forwarding Problem

I created a message rule to forward a copy of each e-mail
I recieve (in Outlook) to my internet account. I added the
forwarding internet account into my contacts. Still, the
messages will not forward at all. Please Help. THANKS!

All versions of Exchange are set to deny replies and
forwards to the Internet by default. You can ask your
Exchange Admin to change this setting but do not be
surprised if the admin refuses.
