Outlook XP

Hi,

I am using outlook XP with windows XP. Suddenly my outlook has become very
slow it takes minutes to swap between messages.

Any Suggestions?

Try disabling the integration with Instant Messenger in Tools | Options |
Other and see if that speeds things up.
