Outlook Zoom

This just happened... I have a user and his default zoom
went from 100% to 75%. He is using the Word editor and I
went into Word and checked the default zoom there and it
was 100%. I checked under tools and there was nothing.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!! I need to get him back to 100% as a
default.

Try searching for a file called NORMAL.DOT. Then
delete all instances that you find. This file will be rebuilt
the next time the client opens Word (or Outlook).

It could be that the default template that Word uses
got a little messed up. The NORMAL.DOT is the default
template.
