I am sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place and will gladly move the
request if someone points me in the right direction.


Question is, we have only just recently gone over to Outlook 2003 and
Exchange and I have previoulsy spent my days in a Lotus Notes environment, so
things are now quite different. In Lotus, if we had a mail in box for say
'sales' we could set up agents to send a notification to a.n others mail box
to say that mail had arrived in the sales mail in box. I cannot see a way of
doing this in Outlook under the Rules and Alerts, and wondered if anyone had
any useful advice.
