Outlook

I am trying to get person A to be able to see perons B's
email from A's workstation. I have given A permission and
can see B's mailbox when A launches Outlook but can't see
the Inbox, Outbox or any other folders under B's mailbox.
What am I missing? Thanks.

Have you given User A the proper permissions at both the root of B's mailbox
and for each specific folder in B's mailbox? A should have at least
Reviewer permission at the root of B's mailbox, and the permissions on the
other folders should be set as needed.
