I've just loaded Windows XP, upgraded from Windows ME. I
was installing the upgrades for xp. When I was half way
through the installing part of the upgrade my computer
froze. Then I restarted and after the computer restarted.
My outlook express wouldn't work.I kept getting a message
that read " operation failed. I've unloaded and reloaded
the outlook express from the xp disk many times. then I
went to load in outlook and that does the exact same
thing. I start the program and get " the operation
failed. When that comes up you can't click on anything.
The program starts and I can see the mailbox and it's
options but the error will not allow me to go any
further. until I click on the "X" to close it.
