How do I extend the time Outlook is on my screen before
it goes to black?

Any suggestions on how to stop getting duplicated emails?
I delete them and they reappear until deleted a second
tme.

What do you mean "goes to black"? Outlook itself should never go to
black...do you have a screen saver enabled on your operating system,
perhaps?
