OUTLOOK

I posted a message earlier asking how to make Outlook start automatically
when I boot up my computer. I am using Office 2000 with a Windows XP
operating system.
The answer I received was to "Put a shortcut to Outlook.exe in your Windows
startup folder".
That is a great answer....but I am really trying to get used to using the
Windows XP and I do not know how to find my Windows startup folder.

Thanks in advance for any help that I may receive.

I think I may have given you that answer.

1. Right click on the start button and select open.
2. Double click on the Programs folder.
3. Open the Startup Folder.
4. If you have an Outlook Icon on your quicklaunch bar, right click on it.
5. Drag it to the startup folder window and release it.
6. Select "create shortcut here."

Close everything out and the next time you start your PC, Outlook will
automatically start as well.

Unfortunately, it is also going to delay startup by a few more seconds. If
you don't mind the delay, then you are set.
