I like to add a button on a form, that helps the users to send me a mail if
there are questions or remarks on the application.

So when the users pushes the button:

- outlook opens with a new mail
- at "send to", appears automatically my email adress
- in the subject appears automatically the name of the application (ex.
HR-database)

When the user has send the mail, he get back to the database.

Is that possible?
Is it also possible to put automatically some text in de message area?
