Since upgrading to Outlook 2003 from Outlook XP, I have
had a problem in receiving my email. On occasion some
mail will not download from the server to Outlook. It
seems to be only some spam which hangs up and I get the
following message: "Task 'DG Fisher - Receiving'
reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the
server was interrupted. If this problem continues,
contact your server administrator or Internet service
provider (ISP). The server responded: +OK'".
Once I go to my server and delete any offending mail, the
rest will download. Until I do so, mail ahead of the bad
spam continues to download to Outlook as duplicates.
I was told on a forum to create a new profile, which I
did. I still have the problem. Have you seen it and do
you know of a fix?
Thanks,
Doug
