Somebody is having this message every tiem is a new
message?

A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in outlook.
Do you want to allow this

It is the Outlook Object Model Guard - it basically warns you when a third
party program is trying to use Outlook to send mail. Contact the makers of
the program to see if they are updating their software to work with outlook
2003.
