Could anyone please advise me as to the outlookhtmlmenu error I am seeing?
The OS is XP home edition. When logging off or shutting down, a dialog box
appears giving me the option to "End Now" because "outlookhtmlmenu" didn't
end in a timely way.
I am not finding matches from microsoft's site or from anywhere else, except
one other person posted in December with the same problem.
If it helps, Windows Messenger is often used and accessing e-mail from the
web browser, but we don't use Outlook Web Access on this computer.
