Outlwvw.dll not registered in Outlook 2003

I get errors when I try to view or customize Outlook Today in Outlook 2003. I
get the message that the class
res://C:\Program%20Files\Microsoft%20Office\OFFICE11\1033\outlwvw.dll/outlook.htm is not registered. How do I fix this?
